Dr. Galitz is a dually licensed physician and foot surgeon, and is a founding
partner of the Wound Technology Network. As CEO and Chief Medical Officer for
Wound Technology Network, Dr. Galitz is responsible for the integration of
evidence-based medicine into WTN’s operational principles and philosophy.
Dr. Galitz is a nationally recognized speaker on advanced wound
management. Dr. Galitz has also lectured nationally on Health Informatics
and Health Technology including lecturing at Harvard Medical School.
Dr Galitz has served on the Healthcare Industry Liason Committee
for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is currently
director of the Podiatric surgical residency at Hollywood Medical
Center. Dr. Galitz is founder and CEO of PodiCare, Inc. the largest
podiatric network in Florida with over 70 locations.
George Ira Pollack, N.H.A.

Mr. Pollack is a founding partner of Wound Technology Network. As COO, Mr.
Pollack directs all sales efforts for Wound Technology Network and is responsible
for securing and administrating contracts with health plans. As CTO, Mr. Pollack
leads the evaluation and implementation of new technology platforms that optimize
WTN’s wound care delivery. In addition, Mr. Pollack is one of the country’s
leading experts in the innovative use of wireless technology in clinical applications.
Mr.
Pollack has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida
Health Care Management Corporation. Mr. Pollack has been actively involved
in the Florida healthcare industry with ownership of six Assisted Living
and three Skilled Nursing Facilities. Mr. Pollack was appointed
by Governor Lawton Chiles of Florida as a Long Term Care ombudsman.
Mr. Pollack also has extensive experience with managed care reimbursement
methods and has developed innovative methods of reducing operating
cost of administration for health plans and providers.
