Mirza Baig
Board Director

Mirza Baig is the founding Partner of ACP. As a serial entrepreneur and investor in healthcare and technology, he's involved in scaling operations and growing sales to build successful businesses. He is the co-founder of Imaging Advantage, Legal Advantage, and Tech Fetch. He has recruited board members, mentored key executives, formed strategic partnerships, and lead scaling-up efforts. Previously, he held executive positions in investment and financial management at AOL Time Warner. He serves as a board member for the Young President Organization (YPO) of Northern Virginia, Medicaid of Virginia (DMAS), and Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia (UVA). Mirza also serves on the Board of Visitors at the College of William and Mary. He is an MBA graduate of Harvard Business School and he received his Bachelor's Degree with Honors from Cornell University (Econ).

Dave Beaulieu
Board Director

Dave is a seasoned operations and technology executive, board member and advisor who transforms companies’ performances to achieve significant growth and profitability. Dave is known for leading teams to scale companies for growth through talent selection and development, process engineering and automation. He improves underperforming assets and addresses service and quality performance issues. He has worked to move companies in digital transformation by enhancing data acquisition and analytics capabilities and introducing new workforce models. Dave has held executive positions as COO at Cotiviti; SVP Marketing, Business & Product Development at DST; COO at Amisys-Synertech; Managing Partner for Government Services at First Consulting Group; and many executive and operational roles during his tenure at CIGNA Healthcare. In his roles, Dave has been active in mergers and acquisitions, sales of companies, and public offerings. Dave is a graduate of Bates College.

Raheel Zia
Board Director

Prior to co-founding ACP, Raheel Zia was a Managing Director in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Throughout his private equity investing career, he has been responsible for over $480mm in equity investments in growing technology companies. He has provided support to management in sales, marketing, international expansion, acquisitions, product launches, and research and development. He was the co-founder and CEO of Knumi, Inc., and has served on the Boards of Benefitfocus, Wall Street On Demand, Cambridgesoft, BuyerZone, iHealth Technologies, and SyncSort. He currently works with Cofense and Lavu. He has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, M.Sc. in Advanced Computing from London University (England), and B.Eng (Hons) in Microelectronic Systems Engineering from Manchester University. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Dr.Jeffrey Galitz, MD, DPM, FACFAS, DABPS
Board Director

Dr. Galitz is a founding member of Woundtech and currently resides as Chief Medical Officer & One of the Board Directors.

Dr. Galitz is a nationally recognized expert in the field of wound management. He has the unique distinction of being both a licensed physician and Board Certified Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgeon. Dr. Galitz is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. Dr. Galitz served on the faculty of Temple University School of Podiatry in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Galitz has lectured extensively on a national basis in the area of wound management and other related topics including at the SAWC annual meeting. He has served on the Health Care Industry Liaison Committee for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Galitz also served as Director of one of the most prestigious Foot and Ankle Surgical programs in the country at Memorial Hospital in Hollywood where he also served as Director of the Department of PodiatryDr. Galitz is also the founder and CEO of PodiCare, Inc. which is one of the largest capitated podiatric networks in the country which has been continuously operating for over 20 years.

Andrew Farris
Board Director

Andrew Farris is a Director on the BlackRock Private Equity Partners investment team within BlackRock Alternative Investors. He is responsible for performing due diligence on and monitoring private equity fund investments and direct equity co-investments. Andrew joined BlackRock Private Equity Partners in 2008. Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Farris evaluated investments at ImpreMedia, a media acquisition platform backed by Clarity Partners. From 2001 to 2004, he was in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney where he worked on merger and acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. Andrew earned a Bachelor's degree, Magna Cum Laude, in economics from Princeton University in 2001 and an MBA degree, with honors, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2008. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
