We are a specialty wound care provider that contracts with health plans to serve their members. Because health plans can’t direct care, we partner with Physicians, Management Services Organizations (MSO), and Independent Physician Associations (IPAs) that are in network with contracted health plans and refer patients in need of advanced wound care.
What sets us apart and has helped us become a leader in our industry is our team of advanced care field clinicians, patient care coordinators, care managers, and colleagues across all support functions who work together to provide superior care that changes people’s lives.
We treat patients in their place of residence, ensuring that they receive everything necessary to heal their wounds faster. From ordering additional needed tests, to training family members or finding additional support, patient advocacy is built in to the Woundtech service model.
